7-Day Size Exchange Policy

If you experience any sizing issues with your order, we are happy to help you exchange it for the correct size.

 Eligibility Window: You must contact us and initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

 Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

 Process: To start an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the size you need.

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. We only offer exchanges for size issues as outlined 

Note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for a size exchange, unless the wrong size was shipped due to our error.

Why We Don’t Offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

To our valued customers,

To ensure we can continue providing high-quality products at the best possible prices, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. All orders must be prepaid via our secure online payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Direct Bank Transfer).

We made this decision due to two major industry challenges:

1. High Delivery Rejection Rates

Unfortunately, Pakistan's e-commerce market suffers from a very high COD refusal rate, where orders are rejected at the doorstep. This results in heavy double-shipping costs (outbound and return) and locks up our inventory, making it unfair to genuine customers who genuinely want to purchase those items.

2. Courier Payment & Settlement Delays

Courier services often face severe delays in transferring COD collections back to merchants. These payment bottlenecks disrupt our cash flow, making it difficult to restock popular items quickly and maintain the seamless service you deserve.
